**ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE OVER 48 INCHES TALL (STRICTLY ENFORCED), UNDER 250 POUNDS AND ABLE TO MOUNT THE MECHANICAL BULL WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. ALL RIDERS, REGARDLESS OF AGE, MUST HAVE A COMPLETED WAIVER TO PARTICIPATE.**
